一、要經常聽，經常練習

二、（最重要的一點）遇到聽不懂的地方要學會忽略，繼續聽下去

2.七年級英語聽不懂怎么辦
1、記單詞
單詞是構成句子的個體，也是英語交流的基礎，單詞就像蓋房子的磚頭一樣，沒有一定的詞匯量，學習這個科目就是一句空話。
所以七年級學生一方面要熟練掌握音標和字母組合的發音特點，通過單詞發音記單詞。另一方面就是了解單詞的構詞法，通過復合詞、前后綴、造詞法等去記憶較為復雜的單詞。

一、聽力材料單一
